1. Stay Hydrated

Although many people think of dehydration as a summertime problem, it can also be a concern during the cooler months. Well-hydrated skin is more plump, resilient and healthy, so this winter remember to:

  • Use a humidifier in your rooms to add moisture to the air
  • Avoid toners or skin care products that contain alcohol, as this will dry out your skin
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and limit coffee, tea and sodas
  • Add good fats such as omega-3 and omega-6 and vitamin E to your diet
